Ilhas Studio — FUSO + FUSO INSULAR 2026
FUSO 2026 marked the fifth edition of the festival with a graphic identity developed by ilhas studio.
The visual system takes inspiration from film imaginery and the possibilities of digital graphics.
About FUSO:
Founded in 2009, FUSO is Lisbon’s only open-air video art festival, presented in distinctive locations such as gardens and museum cloisters. With free admission, the festival brings together artists, curators, institutions, and the general public engaged in moving-image practices.
Launched in 2019, FUSO INSULAR extends the festival’s mission to the Azores, addressing a gap in the region’s artistic landscape by fostering knowledge, training, and critical engagement with moving-image art.
The color palette distinguishes two visual identities: FUSO relies on a predominantly white palette, while FUSO INSULAR features more brown tones.
