Ilhas Studio — Lugares de Fratura
Identity for the exhibition Lugares de Fratura (Places of Fracture), and catalogue, in collaboration with the artist Maria José Cavaco.
Lugares de Fratura was the first survey exhibition dedicated to the work of Maria José Cavaco (Ponta Delgada, 1967-2022) at Arquipélago – Centro de Artes Contemporâneas in the Azores. The exhibition, which featured work produced by the artist between the year 2000 and 2021, was conceived in a very open and fluid way.
ilhas studio worked closely with Maria José Cavaco in order to create the identity of the exhibition and catalogue, making use of some of her most iconic work.
