Xingu, Júlio Pomar

In 1988 Júlio Pomar spent two months in Yaawalapiti village (Xingu Amazonia), while Rui Guerra was shooting his film "Kuarup". Almost 30 years later we were invited to make a book that would have the drawings that Pomar made while he was there. These drawings were the beginning of a theme that would follow Pomar during his career. The book presents as well the photographs by Teresa Martha.
