Temps D’images 2023

Focusing on the relationship between live art and image, Temps D’Images  is a multi-disciplinary festival that presents plays, performances, various shows, installations, exhibitions and films in various venues around Lisbon. Since its first edition, its main goal has been to support contemporary creation and its protagonists, promoting proximity between artists, programmers and audience, and fostering the circulation and presentation of relevant works, both in emblematic venues of the city and in new and unusual spaces. For the 2023 edition, ilhas studio used the metpahor of tempo (Portuguese for time and weather) to play with a foggy ciuratin on top of an enigmatic list of words: they all represent the different phonetic forms that the name Temps D'Images, of French origin, has taken through the public over the 21 years of the festival's existence.
