Recuperar o Corpo

Recuperar o Corpo was a project programmed by Bonneville, at São Luiz Municipal Theater, which brought together seven solo performances by artists Carlota Lagido, Maria Duarte and João Rodrigues, Odete, Rita Só and Mónica Calle, Sónia Baptista, Tiago Barbosa, and Tiago Vieira. They came together in an overarching theme: that of the director-performer's body, based on the premise that there is no art without a body. In addition to the presentation of the performances, the cycle Recuperar o Corpo also resulted in a publication: an object that can remain as an archive, not only of these solo performances, but also of the methods, thoughts and artistic career of each one of the invited artists.
