2020 & 2021 diaries

ilhas studio was invited to design the 2020 and 2021 planners of the Portuguese Jewllery Association, PIN.  These two planners are meant to be used as a working tool as well as a catalogue of some of the work made by the members of PIN. The pages of the diary hide the images of the  jewellery works. As the pages were previously perforated, the bookmarker that is inside, is able to open them allowing us to discover all of works.

“More than an agenda, it is a historical document that compiles more than thirty proposals of objects and jewels for protection, as well as some unavoidable pieces, namely: a reliquary from the 17th century from the São Roque Museum collection. The essay «Divine Protection», signed by Madalena Braz Teixeira, contributes to a broader reflection on this typology of objects.”
